In addition to the maintenance element, we also work in property management.  We recently had a contract managing a portfolio of over 75 properties in London and Portsmouth.

Tasks include managing and arranging, but not limited to:

- Liaising with new tenants

- Property viewings for perspective tenants

- Pre and post tenant moving cleans

- Corresponding with landlords & tenants

- Responding to repair requests and arranging contractors to attend

- Onboarding new tenants
